In 5th class we have spent the last 3 weeks preparing to vote for a class president. We had a nomination process which resulted in Adam, Cathal, Eogan, Keith and James becoming our 5 nominees.
The 5 boys went head to head in a heated debate on the topic “School Uniforms are a waste of time” They have been campaigning vigorously ever since then to become class president.
We had our election today in our class polling booth. The class president will be announced on Friday 28th of October 2011.
We can’t wait!!!
I won this plaque at the weekend for being out hare-hunting all year. I wasn’t expecting it! By Donal .
The boys in the homework club got their shovels and spades out today when they harvested our vegetable garden. They picked lots of carrots and harvested a whole bag of potatoes. Have a look at some pictures of them in action.
